About Custody Garage NFTs
The collectible car NFTs from Custody Garage are different to some of the other NFT releases. Small collections, drawn and put together by humans rather than five figure collections generated by lines of code. Each car non-fungible token is a collection of no more than 100 individual drawings.
In addition to the NFT you also get a physical poster. These are one off posters only available to the original NFT buyer. Once you purchase the NFT you will then be given details as to how to order the poster that will be shipped to your door free of charge. If the NFT is sold on the secondary market, it is up to the seller to decide whether to include the poster or not. No other car NFT posters will be printed in that size.
We decided to go old school by choosing pixelated drawings. Like in the early days of technology when there simply wasn’t the capability to do what we can today. No everything has to be the latest and greatest. Case in point, three of the four initial collections are designs dating back to the 1960s and 1970s with the Volkswagen Kombi NFTs, Porsche 911 Turbo NFTs and Land Rover Defender NFTs.
These limited supply car NFTs are ideal for your profile picture or PGP. Each NFT is unique. No others share the same characteristics or traits. Body, wheel and background colours, stripes, sunroofs, roof racks and more traits, make each one different. You can view the percentage of each trait to assess the rarity of each non-fungible token. For example, looking at this VW Kombi NFT, you can see that only 7% have surfboards and only 6% have black bumper bars.
